11 dicembre 1968 - iniziano le riprese per il film rock and roll circus ideato dai rolling stones e con ospiti john lennon, yoko ono, eric clapton, i jethro tull e gli who; la resa dei filmati non venne ritenuta soddisfacente degli stones, che si decisero a pubblicare il film solo nel 1996
